Return Policy: All sales are final! Once a payment goes through processing fees are nonrefundable to Zippett and to the buyer.

Zippett is not responsible for lost/damged packages.

Package Sent Back?

When filling out at checkout your phone number,full address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.

Zippett is not responsible for insufficient address submitted by the consumers.

If the address mistake was made before a consumer recieves their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting Zippett. The consumer has 24 hours to reach out. Otherwise, there is no further action that can be done to resolve the issue.
